On March 12th 2019, in Sofia was conducted the first training under the project “Increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided by CCP to the Bulgarian enterprises”, of the Commission for Consumer Protection, funded under the Operational Program "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020. The training is targeted at companies in the service sector, focusing on tour operator and tour agent activity. The program covered topics related to the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act and the amendments to the Tourism Act of 2018.
