Conducting trainings for improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided by CCP to the Bulgarian enterprises

On 10.12.2018 the contract between Commission for Consumer Protection (CCP) and Dicon Group Ltd. for the implementation of the project “Conducting trainings for improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided by CCP to the Bulgarian enterprises for the implementation of the project No BG16RFOP002-2.005-0001-С01 “Increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided by CCP to the Bulgarian enterprises”, under Operational Program “Innovations and Competitiveness 2014-2020”, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund” with two Lots: Lot 1: “Conducting trainings for representatives of Bulgarian enterprises for work with Conciliation Commissions” and Lot 2: „Training of the representatives of general and sectoral Conciliation Commissions for improvement of their work on common and preventive basis – for early assistance in arising disputes between the consumers and the economic operators”.

The main objectives of the project are:

On Lot 1: „Conducting trainings for representatives of Bulgarian enterprises for work with Conciliation Commissions”:

  • Increasing the capacity of Bulgarian enterprises for implementation of National and European policies for consumer protection;
  • Increasing the capacity of Bulgarian enterprises for work with Conciliation Commissions.

On Lot 2: „Training of the representatives of general and sectoral Conciliation Commissions for improvement of their work on common and preventive basis – for early assistance in arising disputes between the consumers and the economic operators”:

  • Increasing the capacity of CCP for implementation of National and European policies for consumer protection;
  • Increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided by CCP to the Bulgarian enterprises.
