In the period 18 to 20 November 2014, as required by the Espoo Convention, three public hearings were held in the Romanian cities of Dabuleni, Kraiova and Bucharest, with regards to the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report on the investment proposal for Construction of a New Nuclear Unit of The Latest Generation at Kozloduy NPP Site. Participants in the public hearings were the experts from the Consortium Dicon – Acciona Ing team that prepared the EIA Report.
