On 22 November 2013 with a decision of the Director of GDFSCP, Chief Commissioner Nikolay Nikolov, Consortium “Dicon - DEMA” was ranked first and selected as contract for the tender “Organizing and conducting of training visit in a European Union member-state and four training courses in Bulgaria.”
Consortium “Dicon - DEMA”, ranked first in the open tender, comprises Bulgarian company Dicon Group Ltd and the Danish Emergency Management Agency (DEMA).
The main purpose of the project is to contribute to the strengthening of the capacity of the executive authorities and the fire safety and civil protection bodies for management, coordination and control in cases of disasters, fires and emergencies on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The target group of the project includes more than 4,000 employees of the central, regional and municipal administrations with functions in the field of management, coordination and control in conducting operational activities for coping with natural disasters, fires and emergencies.
